Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister of Conservation: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon Tama Potaka: I received 102 Official Information Act (OIA) requests during this period. I responded to 89 OIA requests within the statutory time frame. 3 were responded to outside of the statutory timeframe, and the remainder had their timeframes extended as enabled by the OIA.
