41927 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister for Children: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon Karen Chhour: I have received 221 requests for information under the Official Information Act 1982 in the period from 27 November 2023 to 1 August 2025. Of the 221 requests, 193 were responded to in full within 20 working days. Of the 28 requests that were not responded to in full within 20 working days, 27 were extended and responded to within the extended timeframe. These numbers refer to all requests received by my office and include both the Children’s portfolio and the Prevention of Family and Sexual Violence portfolio.
