Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister for Building and Construction: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon Chris Penk: In the period from November 27th, 2023, to August 1, 2025, my office received a total of 21 OIA requests. Of these, 17 were responded to within 20 working days, one was extended and two were one day overdue.
