Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon Chris Bishop: In my capacity as Minister Responsible for RMA Reform, I received 188 official information requests from 27 November 2023 to 1 August 2025. Of these, 86 were responded to in full within 20 working days. Please note that this does not reflect requests responded to within legislative timeframes, as many of these requests were subject to extensions under section 15A of the Act.
