41855 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 38059 (2025), what was the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development’s Budget 2024 baseline savings target and how, if at all, were those savings achieved?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Housing Portfolio was required to meet a baseline savings target of $108.8 million operating funding annually. The final Budget 2024 package agreed to by Ministers saw an average baseline reduction of $391.4 million operating funding annually. These savings were achieved through a suite of initiatives detailed in the 2024 Budget Summary of Initiatives.
