41813 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Justice: In the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies, if any, how many staff, if any, have been or are planned to be made redundant, between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the change process at the Ministry of Justice is comprised of two phases. Regarding the first phase, now completed, please refer to WPQ 41803 (2024). The second phase is still in progress and final decisions have not been made, so the number of redundancies (if any) is not yet finalised.
