Hon Tama Potaka: I have received from my officials the following aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, and reports, during the week beginning 18 August 2025 by title and date: From Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): I received HUD2025-007819 Weekly Report 22 August 2025 on 22 August 2025 and HUD2025-007850 Meeting with Mā te huruhuru and Auckland city mission on 21 August 2025. I have received a further three documents, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time. These titles are withheld in accordance with Speakers’ Ruling 199/6.
