41622 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Health: How many people are currently employed, if any, on the Hutt Valley Te Whare Ahuru Acute Mental Health Unit, Wellington project?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that five people employed by Health New Zealand are providing support to the Hutt Valley Te Whare Ahuru Acute Mental Health Unit, Wellington project. I am further advised that these employees work across multiple projects and are not dedicated full time to any one project. Our Government is starting this project before Christmas as part of a package of critical infrastructure projects to drive economic activity and put patients first.
