41618 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Health: How many people are currently employed, if any, on the Linear Accelerators Replacement, Auckland City Hospital, Auckland project?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that there are six people employed by Health New Zealand supporting the Linear Accelerators Replacement project at Auckland City Hospital. These employees work across multiple projects and are not dedicated full time to one project. Our Government is starting this project before Christmas as part of a package of critical infrastructure projects to drive economic activity and put patients first.
