41578 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Housing: Has Kāinga Ora carried out any assessment of the potential market value of the Dixon Street site if the existing building were demolished and the land cleared, and if so, what was the figure?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora Homes and Communities did not obtain this particular market value. I refer the member to the answer to Written Question 41579 (2025) for a list of the valuations that were obtained.
