41574 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Housing: What is the most recent land-only valuation of the Dixon Street Flats site, excluding the building?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that there is no land-only valuation of the Dixon St site, noting that the building is Category 1 heritage listed and the building cannot be demolished.
