41570 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Housing: How will the $1.04m proceeds from the sale of the Dixon Street Flats be reinvested into social housing, and what is the projected number of homes this will deliver?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the proceeds from the sale will be used to renew homes and deliver new, fit-for-purpose homes that are the right size, in the right location and which better meet the changing needs of tenants.
