41563 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Housing: What meetings, briefings, or correspondence has he had with the private developer who purchased the Dixon Street Flats from Taranaki Whānui Limited, if any, listed by subject and date?

Hon Chris Bishop: I do not have Ministerial responsibility for the private sale of property not involving the Crown and so I have not received any briefings with the private developer. I did have a short text message exchange with the developer about the property transfer process. The Member can refer to my published diary for invitations which were accepted.
