41532 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Public Service: Why has Te Puni Kōkiri been explicitly ruled out of consideration for merger by the Public Service Commissioner, and does he support, a similar commitment being extended to the Ministry for Women, the Ministry for Pacific Peoples, the Ministry for Disabled People, and the Ministry for Ethnic Communities?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that the Public Service Commissioner has confirmed he is not considering any advice related to merging Te Puni Kōkiri with any other agencies. He has publicly said that all other options are on the table as he looks to improve efficiency and performance of the Public Service.
