41512 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Finance: Have she received any advice on whether the Government may need to revisit or amend the Cabinet Fees Framework if Crown board fee increases cannot be met within existing baselines?

Hon Nicola Willis: The Cabinet Fees Framework is the Fees Framework managed by the Public Service Commission and covers a very wide range of entities and agencies. The PSC only have full visibility of the impact of the potential increases. For the entities managed for the Minister by Treasury, I am advised that Treasury expects that any reviewed board fee increase will be able to be managed within baselines. RBNZ is not a Crown agency and does not have a Crown Board.
