41477 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Energy: How many board fee reviews, if any, have been completed for entities under their responsibility, if any, in the past 12 months, and what was the total cost of those fee changes, broken down by entity?

Hon Simon Watts: Over the last 12 months, there were three reviews undertaken, two by the Remuneration Authority and one completed by MBIE. For the Electricity Authority and the Electricity Rulings Panel, board fees and total costs are reported on annually and listed in the annual report, here: Electricity_Authority_Te_Mana_Hiko_Annual_report_2023-24.pdf. For the Tree Arbitrator, in regards to costs, at this stage there has been no expenditure since the increase.
