41435 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Trade and Investment: What total amount, if any, is budgeted within their agencies’ baselines, if any, for board member fee increases over the next 12 months, broken down by entity and month?

Hon Todd McClay: For Invest New Zealand, none. For the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade responsibilities under the Trade portfolio, for those entities subject to the APH appointment process and the Cabinet Fees Framework – none. For New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE), I refer the member to the attached table. I am advised the fee review process for NZTE has not yet been undertaken by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, however, in anticipation NZTE has budgeted for an increase from January 2026 – June 2026.
