Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Ministry of Disabled People – Whaikaha made three re-appointments and two new appointments to the New Zealand Sign Language Board during the last 12 months. Budgets are not held in the Finance system by individual appointment. The total budget for New Zealand Sign Language Board member fees is $90K. For the Ministry of Social Development, I refer the member to written reply 41359 (2025).
