41385 (2026). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister of Housing: How many tenants, if any, have been relocated from Jordan Ave, State Ave, and Rowlands Ave state housing dwellings since 27 November 2023 to 17 September 2026?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that between 27 November 2023 and 31 August 2026, there were 17 tenancies relocated from Jordan Avenue, State Avenue, and Rowlands Avenue. Kāinga Ora may relocate tenants for a number of reasons, including overcrowding, redevelopment, under utilisation, or to due to antisocial behaviour.
