Hon Brooke van Velden: I have also monitored levy settings, financial sustainability, the business case for a new HRIS and payroll system, implementation of the recommendations from the 2022 report on conduct and complaints handling, fleet procurement, and industrial relations. This is in addition to the usual scrutiny of Fire and Emergency’s outcomes, performance measures, accountability documents and financial performance. I have made clear to the Board that I expect performance to improve.
