Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Statistics: In the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies, if any, what percentage of employees who have lost or are set to lose their roles, if any, are located in the Manawatu-Whanganui Region, between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024?

Hon Andrew Bayly: I am advised that out of the 117 Stats NZ staff made redundant between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024, one (0.85 percent) was located in the Manawatu-Whanganui Region.
