Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Education: Is the Ministry aware of any arrangement under which Learning Matters provides SpringMath or Ochre Education products, programmes, teacher training or implementation support to New Zealand schools using Ministry funding, including funding provided to schools rather than paid directly to SpringMath or Ochre Education; if so, what arrangements exactly?
