41248 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Defence: How many board fee reviews, if any, have been completed for entities under their responsibility, if any, in the past 12 months, and what was the total cost of those fee changes, broken down by entity?

Hon Judith Collins: Ministry of Defence: One fee review was completed in the 2024/25 financial year. An increase of 2.95% occurred in November 2024 for external board members appointed to project governance boards. Reviews are conducted internally at no extra cost to the organisation. New Zealand Defence Force: For FY 2024/25, there was a fee review of the Chaplaincy Defence Advisory Council that resulted in no increase.
