Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: Did the issues relating to the Winter Energy Payment being withheld incorrectly for veterans and pensioners, and the Ministry of Social Development and Employment being unable to keep up with the responses of people confirming their circumstances, cause issues with service delivery in any other of the Ministry’s functions; if so, what was the average delay, if any delay occurred, for main benefit recipients receiving payments?
