41224 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Corrections: How many appointments, if any, are planned by their agencies, if any, over the next 12 months, and what is the total amount budgeted for those appointments, broken down by agency and month?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that the member’s question has been interpreted to relate to appointments remunerated in line with guidance from the Cabinet Fees Framework. I am further advised that there are plans to appoint two new external people in the next 12 months to cover vacancies in the Audit and Risk Committee. These replacement members will be remunerated in line with guidance from the Cabinet Fees Framework and paid for from existing budget allowances covering Audit and Risk Committee board fees. I am advised that budget requirements will be assessed at the time of appointment.
