I am advised that there is a total of 112 appointments planned over the next twelve months for boards where the appointment process is managed by the Department of Conservation. The budget for appointments work in the next 12 months, excluding staff time, is $42,000. This covers advertising, placing of public notices and Gazette notices. I am advised that it is not possible to break down this spending by month as timelines for these appointments will change depending on circumstance.
