Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that in the past 12 months a fee increase of 10 percent was applied across the five Crown entities within the Arts, Culture and Heritage portfolio, remunerated under the Cabinet Fees Framework. A 10 percent fee increase was applied to Chair and member fees for the Arts Council of New Zealand Toi Aotearoa (approx. $20,100 per annum), Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Toanga (by extension Māori Heritage Council) (approx. $19,700 per annum), Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa (approx. $13,200 per annum), New Zealand Film Commission (approx. $12,960 per annum), and New Zealand Symphony Orchestra (approx. $9,150 per annum).
