41084 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister of Conservation: Following 38349 (2026), what documentation, if any, of assessment for or against granting an access arrangement does the Department of Conservation hold for decisions on mines and/or mining operations?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised that decisions on access arrangements are documented in the Department of Conservation Recommendation and Decision Report (RDR) prepared for each application.
