41083 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister of Conservation: Following 38349 (2026), have any of the approved access arrangements been given despite analysis by the Department of Conservation that suggests or recommends they should be declined?

Hon Tama Potaka: No. I am advised all access arrangements approved by the Department of Conservation under delegated authority have met requirements to be recommended for approval. None have been approved contrary to recommendation to decline.
