Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What consultations are the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, planning to open on the week beginning 25 August 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and what is the proposed net change in roles?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: I am advised that consultations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade opened on 26 August 2025 within the Asset Management Division. The proposed change would see a net change of 1 additional FTE role.
