Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: In response to Reply 38004 (2026), were the Chief Digital Officer, Accreditation Authority, or Change Advisory Board informed that trial accounts had not been included in access-control testing prior to the Certification and Accreditation approval on 20 March 2026 for the Student Monitoring, Assessment and Reporting Tool (SMART)?
