41022 (2026). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: How many, if any, remediation items remained open at go-live for the Student Monitoring, Assessment and Reporting Tool (SMART) and did any of those items relate to access control, authorisation, Identity and Access Management, monitoring or reporting permissions?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that eight follow-up actions were identified as part of the Certification and Accreditation process and remained open at go-live for the Student Monitoring, Assessment and Reporting Tool (SMART). None of these items were specifically related to access control, authorisation, identity and access management or reporting permissions.
