41021 (2025). Vanushi Walters to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: Does the New Zealand Government agree with the 12 August 2025 "Joint Statement on the humanitarian situation in Gaza", and if not, what elements does it not agree with?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: Yes. New Zealand has consistently emphasised that all parties to the conflict must abide by their obligations under international law. New Zealand has repeatedly advocated strongly for safe, rapid, and unimpeded humanitarian access.
