Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Electoral Commission is unable to separate people that re-enrolled or updated their details on election day from those that did so during the advance voting period as the date at which paper voting forms were turned in to the voting place was not recorded. However, 3,708 people re-enrolled or updated their details on the Whangārei roll between 2 October 2023 and 14 October 2023.
