41006 (2026). Steve Abel to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: If there is a pathway for regulatory relief to be offered to a landowner to protect a tree how is the owner to know of this?

Hon Chris Bishop: Councils will be required to notify landowners if they are eligible for relief.
