40994 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister of Education: Following Reply 39114 (2026), if any of the listed schools' drinking water supplies have breached a Maximum Acceptable Value from the Drinking Water Standards, what standard(s) have they breached?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that for treated drinking water samples, exceedances related to E. coli. For source water samples, exceedances related to E. coli, manganese, mercury and/or nitrate-nitrogen.
