40991 (2026). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Associate Minister of Finance: What were the “about a dozen” state owned assets that Treasury identified the Government has no public interest in owning in their report on the ownership purposes of state-owned enterprises?

Hon David Seymour: Cabinet has not yet considered the Treasury's advice on whether it thinks the Crown does or does not have a public policy purpose for owning certain commercial companies; therefore it is not in the public interest to provide this information at this time. That advice will be released, subject to the Official Information Act.
