40957 (2026). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Associate Minister of Housing: Does the Ministry of Social Development keep a record of all calls made to the Ministry in relation to Emergency Housing requests?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised that all calls to the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) Contact Centre are recorded, however they are unable to identify the number of calls made in relation to Emergency Housing specifically, as people may call through any of the Ministry’s phone service lines. This is my response to question 40957 (2026) and 40955 (2026).
