40946 (2026). Arena Williams to the Associate Minister of Housing: Does any Flexible Fund agreement with Te Toi Mahana provide operating funding that enables Te Toi Mahana to receive market rent; if so, for how many homes and at what forecast cost?

Hon Tama Potaka: No agreements are in place with providers at this stage. I am advised that the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport is in the process of working through stage two of the process with successful applicants.
