Hon Judith Collins: In my capacity as Minister Responsible for the NZSIS, I receive a significant volume of correspondence from a range of agencies including representatives from foreign governments and ministers’ office on a variety of matters relating to my portfolios. There are communications regarding meetings, and the details of my meetings are recorded in my Ministerial Diary which is proactively released monthly on the Beehive website. Further, there are communications regarding invitations to events including Independence Day however, I do not believe it is in the public interest to use staff resources to list these.
