Mike Davidson to the Minister of Transport: What advice, briefings or documents has the Minister had, if any, on the safety of digital billboards installed beside roads and does he believe that Councils should follow similar guidance as that provided in the September 2026 Digital Advertising Billboards and State Highway Road Safety guide that apply to State Highways including an independent assessment of their placement at intersections?
