40845 (2025). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office received, if any, about sections 30 and 62a of the Employment Relations Act?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I received advice on section 62A of the Employment Relations Act, in the context of 30-day rules amendments for the Employment Relations Amendment Bill. That advice has been proactively released and can be found on MBIE’s website. I have not received advice on section 30 of the Employment Relations Act.
