Hon Chris Bishop: In my capacity as the Minister Responsible for RMA Reform, I took the following papers to Cabinet in the week beginning 7 September 2026: 7/09/2026: Updating RMA National Direction: NES for Electricity Network Activities, NES for Telecommunication Facilities and minor amendments to the NES for Detached Minor Residential Units and NES for Marine Aquaculture 7/09/2026: Streamlined Planning Process Panel, Tasman District Council: Appointments
