40775 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, serious workplace accidents were reported to WorkSafe during the week of August 18th 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand from 18 August 2025 to 24 August 2025 WorkSafe New Zealand received notification of 51 serious workplace accidents (47 notifications of injury and the four notifications of fatal harm noted in the response to Written Question 40774).
