Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister of Education: Does the Minister agree with PPTA president Chris Abercrombie that the pay offer "is the lowest in a generation and comes at the same time as teachers face the biggest changes to secondary education in a generation", if yes, what is the Minister putting in place to address this concern, if at all?

Hon Erica Stanford: No. If the proposed NCEA changes move forward, I will consider ways to support teachers through this change.
