Hon Chris Bishop: In my capacity as Minister Responsible for RMA Reform, I have received a number of briefings and advice from officials regarding possible legislative changes to the Fast-track Approvals Act. It is not in the public interest to release the titles of these documents at this time as they remain under active consideration. I expect that the advice will be made available in due course.
