Rt Hon Winston Peters: During the plastic pollution negotiations in Geneva, the New Zealand delegation engaged with a wide range of other delegations in both formal and informal negotiating settings. The New Zealand and Australian delegations had a joint meeting with the Pacific Small Island Developing States group and also met on a regular basis with the non-EU grouping od developed countries and subsets of this group (Japan, Korea, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, United States and Iceland).
