Hon Chris Bishop: I agree that there are improvements that we can make to the Fast-track process so that projects can be processed more efficiently. To ensure implementation of the Act operates in line with the Act's intent, in that it's an efficient, one-stop shop, I am taking advice on possible legislation changes, including on a range of technical changes to improve the workability and efficiency of the Act
