Hon Chris Bishop: The number of applications in the Fast-track process at this time is well within the anticipated volumes and I have not been advised of any problems with panel resourcing. The Fast-track system was set up with an appropriate level of remuneration to ensure panel members are readily available, and implementing a cost recovery regime allows relevant agencies to scale their operations as required to meet demand.
