40658 (2025). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What improvements, if any, to the fast-track regime is he considering and why are they needed?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Fast-track approvals system has now been operational for six months with the first consent now approved. This provides for a timely window to review implementation of the Act, and I have taken advice on possible changes.
